It is a natural tendency for everyone to hold onto memories of moments lived and to find pleasure in keeping all kinds of objects—from furniture to keepsakes—even when space begins to feel too small for so many mementos.
At the same time, when older adults begin to feel their autonomy and vision weaken, or when the need arises to move with the help of a cane, walker, or even a wheelchair, the home’s layout must be reviewed to create safe conditions and prevent the risk of falls.
There are also painful situations that the entire family experiences, such as the loss of a spouse. Usually, it is during these phases that children get involved in home management to help the parent who remains, facing the task of reorganizing the entire household. These are moments where one must deal not only with the grief of loss but also with the memories of a life they all shared.

The main tasks of the Professional Organizer are::
- On-site visit and assessment: A visit to the space to be organized, including a meeting with those in charge to assess routines and specific needs
- Proposal and Organization Plan: Presentation of a quote and a customized organization plan, always tailored to the current life stage of the home's residents
- Implementation: Following the presentation and any necessary adjustments to the plan, the organizational work begins
