We are a company dedicated to supporting the elderly with their daily tasks in the Oeiras Cascais area, providing a personalized service tailored to each individual. KindCare‘s goal is to be a support for the entire family, contributing to the well-being and peace of mind of everyone. We consider ourselves the solution for situations where you think there is no solution.
We are available to assist the elderly with a variety of non-medical tasks, such as grocery shopping, partial or complete home maintenance, garden strolls, medical appointments, pharmacy visits, hospital emergencies, celebrations, and even companionship during vacations. We also offer a transitional service, providing support and transportation between home and assisted living facilities or between the hospital and home. We assist with packing and unpacking luggage and provide full support during the transition between facilities. A report will be provided after each event.
We are also dedicated to handling bureaucratic matters, such as complaints, changes of ownership, service subscriptions or cancellations, inquiries about invoices, documentation renewal, scheduling medical appointments, among others.
You can request a single service, only when you need it, with a minimum duration of one hour of support for the elderly.

Natália Dias, Founder
I spent part of my career in the corporate world, working for telecoms companies. During this time I worked in the commercial area, but I always harboured the idea of having an experience as an entrepreneur.
In 2019 I definitely decided that the time had come to change my life and become an entrepreneur. I embarked on the adventure of setting up a cleaning company, which has been growing and gaining new clients. Today I can say that the company and I have grown together professionally, and I’ve learnt a lot during this period because I’ve had to do a bit of everything. At the same time, I took advantage of the months of COVID-19 lockdown to enrich my knowledge, and for a year I attended a Geriatric Assistant course.
In 2022, my father died and my mother naturally needed support. It was crucial to keep up with medical appointments, trips to the pharmacy, the supermarket and organising the house. Suddenly, a whole range of needs arose that required me to dedicate a lot of time, and there isn’t always availability. Sometimes I’ve been faced with a doctor’s appointment and a meeting at the office or with a client at the same time. What options are there? That’s when the idea came to me to set myself a challenge by creating a new project, KindCare, dedicated to supporting the elderly and their families.
I am persistent and disciplined, action-orientated and solution-orientated. I’m deeply dedicated to the projects I’m involved in and I’m always concerned about others.
My hobbies are athletics and volunteering. I enjoy athletics, always in contact with nature, and to date I’ve run four marathons, the last one in Tokyo. I’m currently a member of the Oeiras City Council Volunteers group and whenever I’m available I give my contribution to a cause or event that I identify with and where I can be an asset.
